DEMOCRATIC MEETING IN CASWELL
A meeting of the Democracy of Caswell was held in the Court House at Yanceyville on Tuesday the 3d day of January, 1860; and on motion of the Hon. John Kerr, the Hon. Sam'l P. Hill was called to the chair, who, in a few pertinent remarks, explained the object of the meeting to be to appoint delegates to a State and district convention.
