Dear Sir
I am writing you to ask if you would be interested in my store & dwelling property here. You have had some experience in mercantile business & you can make a success here. I have but I have so much it's working me too hard & my age is telling on me too. Had the best business last fall I have ever had. Since I have been here sales were from 50 to 300 per day all the fall.
