Oakley - Barnwell
Linnie Oakley and Miss Kathleen Barnwell, both of Prospect Hill, were united in marriage at the home of Mr. and Mrs. J. R. Padgett, on Paxton street yesterday afternoon at 12:30 o'clock. The ceremony was performed by Rev M. W . Royall. The bride, who is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Bethel Barnwell, is greatly admired in her community and has a number of friends here. The groom is an energetic young farmer of Caswell county. The only attendants at the wedding wereJ. E. Oakley and W. E. Butler. Immediately following the ceremony, Mr. and Mrs. Oakley left in their machine for their home in Prospect Hill, where they will live.
